Well – “The well needs a new electrical panel and probably cleaned out since it hasn’t been used in about 2 years. A neighbor who heard the well running and water flowing came up and shut it down. Since then the “well” people (Fundin Wells) came out and said we needed a new electrical box.”

Septic: “The septic system is a mystery to me. I know the tenant some time ago “said” he had a friend do some work (pumped??) other then that Zi’m not sure…”

Electric: “The electrical panel needs repair but there is electric yo the hous. We had the front porch light on a timer for some time hoping to deter whatever might come to property. Obviously didn’t do the job very well.”

Roof: “I believe the roof needs replacing or at least a major overhaul! The young man who used to live there was a roofer and might have done some patching, I’m not really sure.”

Other: “BTW there is a foundation problem on left front corner of the back structure. Had a guy out but never followed through. At the time he wasn’t too concerned but said eventually had to be fixed if we were going to use the small apt”
