This project requires more involvement than a simple cosmetic fix and flip. Full renovation.  A new roof is needed.  Also, previous owner had built a small section of west to east wall, across the western portion of the property and out building that blocks the natural drainage of water.  The wall should be removed and a drainage plan implemented to prevent flooding of the property and neighbor’s property during heavy rain.
